SHIPPING POLICY:
We offer free shipping on all scooters and ATVs we sell. There is no additional charge for residential delivery. We attempt to expedite all orders, and process orders within 1-2 business days. The trucking company will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Be sure to include a daytime phone number with your order.
Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery in 2-7 business days. (Monday thru Friday) After you have completed your on-line order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. We will also furnish you with contact number for the trucking company so you can track your shipment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once you place your order and it has been processed, you cannot cancel it. If you chose to refuse it, you must pay shipping to you, return shipping, plus 25% restocking charge. These policies help us keep our prices low, and save you lots of $$$!
PAYMENT POLICY:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. To arrange for any other form of payment, please call our toll-free Customer Care number during our normal business hours.
WARRANTY POLICY:
All of our products are fully covered by manufactures warranty. In most cases this is 30-90 days, depending on model. We will replace any parts that fail within the warranty period due to manufacturing defect. After initial use, warranty does not cover "wear and tear" parts such as batteries, belts, chains, tires, brake and clutch levers, body parts, shock absorbers, seats, or spark plugs. If you need these parts, they are available at a nominal charge.
Warranty is considered void by the following: Overloading, misuse, abuse, failure to perform routine maintenance, improper or non-adjustment of chains, cables, brakes, etc. Also, lack of proper lubrication will void warranty. This warranty extends to parts only, and does not cover labor involved in replacement. It does not cover shipping charges if you need to return a broken part for replacement. This warranty does not imply fitness or application for a particular use. Customer is responsible to investigate local and state laws and requirements concerning any vehicle they are about to purchase.
